MARKETPLACE QUESTIONS

Answers Before You Buy or Sell.

What is the BROel Website Marketplace?

It is a worldwide marketplace, operated by UK-based BROel, where approved sellers can advertise websites for sale, buyers can compare opportunities, and BROel can separately offer established and TurnKey websites.

Is joining the marketplace free?

Creating a BROel seller account is free. A configurable listing fee applies when a website is submitted for sale, and a commission applies if a transaction completes through the marketplace.

What is the difference between public, established and TurnKey listings?

Public listings belong to independent sellers. BROel Established Websites are owned or prepared by BROel and may include operating history or traffic evidence. TurnKey Websites are affordable themed builds configured after purchase.

Does BROel guarantee traffic, revenue or profit?

No. Historic figures, projections and seller statements are not guarantees. Buyers must review the evidence, understand the risks and complete appropriate financial, technical, legal and commercial due diligence.

How does BROel review a listing?

Listings enter manual moderation. BROel checks required fields, presentation and supplied evidence before publication, but review does not replace a buyer’s independent due diligence.

Can I see a live demo of a TurnKey website?

Where a demo is available, its listing includes a clearly labelled live-demo link. A demo illustrates the theme and features; final branding, content and configuration depend on the selected package.

How are payments handled?

BROel-owned websites, products and publications are direct sales paid to BROel through the available checkout methods; they do not use escrow. Independent-seller website transactions remain separate and cannot be paid through BROel’s ordinary merchant checkout until an authorised settlement or escrow arrangement is connected. Stripe appears only when its official gateway is configured.

Can buyers make an offer below the asking price?

Yes. A signed-in buyer can submit a private monetary offer and conditions from an individual listing page. The owner can accept or decline it in their dashboard. Acceptance records intent but remains subject to evidence checks, final terms and payment.

Does BROel hold buyer funds in escrow?

No. Purchases of BROel-owned websites, products and publications are paid directly to BROel and require no escrow. For an independent seller’s website, buyer payment remains unavailable until an authorised transaction or escrow provider and its release process are connected. BROel does not itself hold escrow funds.

Are discounted packages available for website resellers?

Yes. Professional sellers can buy bundles of five, ten or twenty-five six-month listing credits. Each website still receives its own public page, moderation, source label, enquiries, private offers and dashboard record.

What happens after I make an enquiry?

BROel records the enquiry privately, checks the listing status and explains the next stage. Seller contact information is not publicly exposed.

How is ownership transferred?

The transfer checklist depends on the asset and may include the domain, site files, database, licensed assets, accounts, documentation and an agreed support period. Exact inclusions must be written into the transaction agreement.

Are TurnKey websites priced from £99 to £995?

Yes. BROel TurnKey themes are intended to sit within that setup range. The exact price, inclusions, licence, content and optional extras are shown on each listing.
