Is a Business in a Box already earning money?
No. These packages prepare a new business foundation; they are not established, revenue-generating websites. Sales depend on your offer, market, ongoing work and customer demand.
What do I actually own?
After full payment, you receive the agreed original final deliverables and access specified in your project scope. Third-party themes, software, domains and services remain subject to their own licences.
Can I choose the business idea?
Yes. We begin with your interests and constraints, then test an appropriate direction. We will flag ideas that need more budget, specialist approval or a different delivery model.
Will BROel run the business for me?
These are build-and-launch packages, not fully managed businesses. We provide the agreed assets, systems and support; day-to-day selling, customer care and promotion remain your responsibility unless separately contracted.
Are subscriptions, ad spend and third-party fees included?
No, unless explicitly stated in your final scope. Domain, hosting, premium software, stock, payment fees, advertising and legal or professional advice may be additional.
How do I share my requirements?
Choose a package and complete secure checkout first. After confirmed payment, we email your private project-details form. BROel reviews it and allocates a project manager.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Where available, direct bank transfer receives the advertised 10% saving at checkout. Work begins after cleared funds and confirmation of the final scope.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on your package, approvals, content and third-party setup. Your project manager confirms milestones after reviewing your brief; no generic delivery date is promised.
