How many logo concepts will I receive?

The number depends on the package. We present a small number of considered directions rather than many superficial variations, then refine the strongest agreed route.

Do I own the final logo?

Final ownership and permitted use are set out in the proposal. Once the agreed invoice is paid, approved final original design assets are normally assigned or licensed as stated, excluding third-party fonts or stock assets.

What files will I receive?

Depending on the package, exports can include SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG versions for print, web, light and dark backgrounds, alongside the agreed master assets.

Can you improve my existing logo?

Yes. We can refine, redraw or evolve an existing identity while retaining recognition where that is commercially valuable.

Are printing costs included?

Design and printing are quoted separately unless explicitly stated. This keeps production quantities, materials and delivery transparent.

Can you design leaflets, brochures and social graphics?

Yes. These can be commissioned individually or included within a broader brand package, with formats planned around their actual use.

What if I dislike the initial concepts?

The discovery process reduces that risk. If the work answers the approved brief but a new direction is requested, we will explain any effect on scope and cost before proceeding.

Will my logo be unique?

We create original directions and avoid knowingly copying other brands. Formal trade mark clearance is a separate legal process and should be handled by a qualified trade mark professional.
